We Offer Online Travel Medicine Consultation

We offer inexpensive way to get all your travel medicine questions answered via simple email exchange or  scheduled phone call from one of our physicians. The fee for this service is $50. The link below will take you to our payment page. Please select one of our offices the closest to you to pay in case you end up coming to receive vaccinations. Once you paid, please return to this page and fill out confidential form with your questions, contact information, etc. We would generally get back to you between hours of 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. However, we often are able to answer questions outside of these hours and on weekends.

When to go to the emergency room

According to the American College Of Emergency Physicians, the symptoms than necessitate an emergency department visit include the following:

  • If you are experiencing difficulty breathing and/or shortness of breath
  • If you have chest or upper abdominal pain, or feel pressure in the chest area
  • If you have fainting spells or experience sudden dizziness or weakness
  • If you experience vision changes
  • If you are confused or otherwise experience any mental status changes
  • If you have uncontrolled bleeding
  • If you have severe or persistent vomiting or diarrhea
  • If you are coughing or vomiting blood
  • If you have any suicidal or homicidal feelings
  • If you believe you may have a true emergency, call 911 immediately.
